The New Generation of Developers Project (ProNGD) was created by Wilson Borges de Oliveira in December 2021, with the aim of training new systems developers through accessible training with content aimed at the real needs of the job market.

The software development market offers many opportunities, but the shortage of qualified professionals is a growing concern. In this sense, ProNGD appears as an initiative to train and train new developers, meeting current and future demand in the job market.

With a focus on excellence, the program offers practical and accessible training, adapted to current market needs, so that participants can acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful developers.

So far, the ProNGD project has achieved great results, with some participants getting their first job in systems development and others being promoted in their current jobs.
